DESCRIPTION
Poster for the Spanish stage of the “Arte Precolombino de Mexico” exhibition, which presented the sculptural and ceramic treasures of ancient Central America, was organised by Olivetti in Venice, Paris and Madrid between 1988 and 1991, and was met with considerable public success. This exhibition, which was probably the largest exhibition of pre-Columbian art ever seen in Europe, was part of the great cultural project promoted by Olivetti to testify the sensitivity of a technologically advanced company to the values of art and humanistic culture.
