DESCRIPTION
Catalogue of the travelling exhibition organised by Olivetti and presented in Florence in 1988.
The exhibition, organised in collaboration with the Ente Casa Buonarroti, presents Michelangelo’s projects for the façade of the church of San Lorenzo and for the dome of San Pietro, two moments of great importance in the artist’s activity. Authentic drawings, translation prints and models from the collections of Italian and foreign museums allow us to reconstruct the history of these two projects, even with unprecedented details.
